Our gun safes are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers all material and workmanship defects under normal use. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will replace the part or product at no cost to you.

Exclusions from Coverage: The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or repair.

Damage resulting from misuse, or negligence.

Electronic locks and keypads that are damaged due to misuse.

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, or stains that do not affect the functionality of the safe.

Claim Procedure:

For warranty claims on gun safes, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. If covered by the warranty, we will replace the defective part or safe at no cost to you.
